Cancellation policy
At Accents by Allen, many of our products are made to order or customized specifically for each customer. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.
Standard Orders
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided processing or production has not begun.
Custom and Personalized Orders
Once a custom or personalized order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all names, dates, spelling, colors, sizes, and other customization details are accurate at the time of purchase.
Orders Already Shipped
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for information regarding eligible returns.
Order Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion due to circumstances including, but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Incomplete or inaccurate customer information
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
If we cancel your order before shipment, you will receive a full refund to your original method of payment.
